105.02 Addendum: Jesus Second Coming on Earth - The Sepulchre was Empty

People tend to mix it up, but there are two events: one is when a person is born again by the Spirit, the other is when Jesus comes back a second time. This event will be for all to see and has not taken place yet. The rapture will be a physical event - one is taken, the other left. How do you explain that the sepulchre was empty three days after Jesus' death? I can tell you: He left in His body.

The dead Saints will be resurrected and taken up into the sky like the living Saints. And when they had fulfilled all that was written of him, they took him down from the tree, and laid him in a sepulchre. But God raised him from the dead: And he was seen many days of them which came up with him from Galilee to Jerusalem, who are his witnesses unto the people. (Acts 13:29-31 KJV)

Do you believe that? I wonder how people believe God could raise His Son like that, but He cannot raise us humans like that. Jesus ascended into Heaven *in* His body. Otherwise he must have left His body on earth. Do you believe He did? His body has never been found on earth.

Jesus was *the first*, His Saints will follow... And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. (Revelation 1:5 KJV)

  2. Thank you, Briefcase. It sounds very interesting, and I will read it as soon as I find the time. I find the idea to write a novel on Revelation rather thrilling, especially if it can bring people closer to God, probably by comparing the novel to the Bible. Since it is fiction and no prophecy, it cannot be seen as an addition or taking away from the Bible.
